Me too, only longer.  Ironically, I had the chance to talk with Parker Griffith (running for Alabama's governor) recently and got to discussing the economy and national politics a bit.  Mind you, he's running as a democrat this time.  He said we only have about 29 months left of Obama and asked me whose fault will it be for the state of our nation.  I replied that it would be Obama's fault at that point.  He laughed and implied that I was being ridiculous because he won't be in office at that point.  At that point I smiled and asked him, "How long has Bush been at fault?" at which point his associate almost spewed his drink laughing.  PG couldn't do anything but nod in agreement with me...

Hey MD and well you should be. This president is trying to break us froom the inside. When he is done it will be all we can do to protect ourselves much less help our Allies. This thing is coming to an end very soon. I right now feel we may be the Babylon. RTR!

The fault for all the problems I listed rest in one place, the voters. They knew Obama was incompetent and a liar after his first term, but they voted for him again. Plus, Republicans seem hell-bent on running RINO's (Republicans who act like they are Democrats), as President. This has resulted in disasters like Bob Dole, John McCain, & Mitt Romney running for President. How did that work out?

Funny how PG can't seem to decide on a party      (but then, neither could Jim Bennett).

Redskins can still use the name, just no financial protection if others use the same name on merchandise.  Which is an around-end way of pressuring a name change.  This won't take effect until the appeals have run their course, though, years from now. 

Interestingly, the Redskins got their start as the Boston Braves, and then changed their name to the Redskins when they played at the Redsox field.  As a former Cowboys fan (pre-Jerry), I still get a chuckle to see the Redskins going through a hassle, and would laugh hysterically if they changed their name to something scary, like the Senators.  Though Cowboys v. Indians was a classic matchup, and I'd hate to see the name go for sentimental reasons.
