What a poorly written article.  No mention was made that Buddy's grandfather played football for coach Bryant from 1961-1963 and was an all SEC guard and defensive tackle in the "play both ways" era and a member of a National Championship team.  When I hear Charlie Pell's name, I think of his success as a player at Bama, not that he coached at Florida.   Besides all that Charlie was a classmate of mine.

Having said all that, I'm happy to have this young Pell at the University of Alabama.
