Very interesting article about The Icon's passing style. Also, there's another story about the Mock Draft which shows Cam as the #1 pick. I just don't believe it.

One thing about Newton, I don't ever remember seeing him play
in a game where he was getting beat on a lot. He had a good
O-line which prevented much of that along with his evasiveness
(ON the field Smiley ). I just wonder how well he'll perform in
a game where he's taking a lot of licks. In the NFL he WILL
have games like that and I don't know if he's got the heart
to hang in there and play with the big dogs. If I were drafting
a quarterback, I think I'd pass on this one. JMHO

I agree with you Focused. I did not see him take a hard hit either. Believe me I watched because I wanted to see someone lower the boom on him. He will need to change his style in the pros or they will kill him. They play a different game it the NFL.

I don't like the word but his mechanics being so weak he will be in trouble in the NFL. His throwing motion will be challenged by tall DL in his face. RTR!

Do we have another Tebow here? What I mean is as long as they can win in college do coaches really care about the next level that most of these kids if not all are trying to get to.
