Kentucky's home-field advantage in its recruitment of five-star defensive tackle Matt Elam might not be as strong as it appears.

According to a Tuesday report from the Louisville Courier-Journal, Elam's mother would be willing to move to Alabama if Elam ultimately picked the Crimson Tide over the Wildcats.

It'd be great to get another top D-lineman this year, but only if he really wants to come to Alabama, move his mother, and commit to being the best.

Otherwise he can keep his mother in that KY trailer, listen to toothless fans chant his name (until a bb game is scheduled), and watch his name go uncalled at the NFL draft in 3 years!

I find it curious that Elam is not even on ESPN or Rival's radar, but 247 has him as a 5*, ranked 21 overall.  Huh?

His press conference is for media only. No students are allowed. The only reason for that IMO is to avoid the backlash for picking Bama over UK.
