Bleacher Report article on Trent Richardson. BATR is about to have a huge year for the Tide.

From what I have heard he stays in the weight room until the trainers make him leave. They also put a cap on the amount of weight they allow him to left. Jesse Williams and Chapman are the only players that can out-lift BATR. Thats a lot of weight for a running back.
