NYC - An unnamed NYPD source has told the News that Heisman Trophy winner, Jameis Winston, is being sought for questioning regarding a sexual assault complaint they received in the early morning hours following the Heisman award ceremony at Manhattan's Downtown Athletic Club. The victim, whose identity is not being released, claims he met Winston at the ceremony. According to the alleged victim, "It all started with an unwelcome kiss", but then things turned really ugly. The victim alleges that later that night, in Winston's hotel room, Winston forced himself on the victim. The NYPD source confirms that a rape kit taken from the victim reveals evidence of Winston's DNA all over the victim. Photo evidence of the kiss has been obtained from a freelance photographer who caught the moment during the ceremony. The photo clearly shows the alleged victim desperately stretching his arm out to pull away from Winston' grasp as Winston kisses him.

Attempts to reach Winston through his attorney have been unsuccessful.
