I have been surprised the attorney for the victim has not made a statement since Meggs press conference publicly announcing Winston would not be charged. It will be interesting to see what they say. I imagine they will announce a civil suit or some type of appeal is in the process.

Nothing good can come of this for Winston. He needs this in the past and forgotten.
