I don't see us playing the Barn in any of those scenarios.

I never like to say never, but do you think those people that these choices are going let us play in a BCSCG when we have already won in the last 4 years and the way the Media hates us. I knew I didn't like it Corso picked us. RTR!

At least the SECCG is on first. If Auburn wins, them I'm pulling for a FSU vs Ohio State BSCCG. If Mizzu wins, then I'll be pulling for at least one if not both to lose. IMO, Auburn in the BSCCG is the worst case scenario, well unless it was against us which is possible, but I just cant see voters and the media giving us another rematch game.

If FSU and OSU both lose we are in regardless of who wins in Atlanta.  We will play the winner from Atlanta.  The voters really won't have any other choice.

Agreed.  Bama will be BCS #2, no doubt about it.

I saw an article yesterday where Brad Edwards said that if Mizzou wins, then they'll jump us.  They weren't that far behind us in the BCS rankings.  Our best hope may be for both FSU and OSU to lose, but that's probably a pretty slim hope.  Although, stranger things have happened.

If Mizzou wins they move ahead of us to third. If FSU and OSU loss Mizzou moves to one and we move to two. It is a long shot but we have a chance.

Didn't we need a similar scenario to play out in 2011?  Worked then, it could work again...

In 2011 Iowa State beat Oklahoma State to pave the way for the LSU rematch. The odds on that happening were about the same as Duke beating FSU this year. Anything can happen.

In that 2011 game the line was Oklahoma State -27.  This week the line is FSU -29.

Not likely, but it has happened before and is certainly possible.  I will really be upset if Duke wins, but then OSU wins too.

Anything can happen.  In 2007, a 7-loss Pittsburg team defeated W.V. to put LSU in the Championship game.  Missouri also lost its final game in the Big12 Championship Game to get LSU in.

I had forgotten the details of how that season ended.

Not necessarily SC. What would most likely happen is that the voters would vote for a one loss Conference Champion in the BCSNCG. They do not want to see two SEC teams in the BCSNCG again. Which would most likely be OK St or Stanford if they win their respective Conference Titles.

I respectfully disagree with you Peewee. Stanford has two losses... they are out. Oklahoma St does not have a conference tournament to give them a push over us.  We are sitting at BCS # 4. Any of the top 3 that loses will fall behind us. Mizzou could pass us with an impressive SEC Championship Game win over Auburn. I still feel if FSU and OSU lose we are in against the SEC Champion.
