It's a slow day in the ivory tower, so I decided to compile some stats on our pics.

For Bama the median and the modal pick are 38 points. The average is 43, with the 99-0 and 98-0 picks included, 36.7 when those scores are (respectfully) excluded.

For the boogers, the median and the mode are 17 points with an average of 14.7 points with the 99-0 and 98-0 picks included, and 16.4 when those scores are (regretfully) excluded.

For the spread the median is 20 but the mode is 14, with an average 20.4 (28.2 with the extreme picks included).

So 37-17 is the group pick, 43-14 if we include the crazy uncles

37-17 would suit me just fine. So would the 38-20 score that I picked. For whatever reason, I am not worried about this game. It's not a Thursday game, so my pick should carry more weight. 

I know that Auburn will try to throw the kitchen sink at us, but I truly think that CNS hates the barn and will have the team inspired and ready. If I'm wrong, it won't be the first time. Just don't tar and feather me.
