Granted, his senor year PT would have been situational. Your "without injuries" caveat furthers my point. Particularly pass blocking out of the backfield, he brought more to the "Tide table" than just giving BATR a down or two of rest. If you look at it as "we lost a 3rd or 4th string RB" it doesn't seem as bad as "we lost a RB that could've started at the barn". Thanks for trying to talk me off the ledge, and # for thinking of what is (maybe) best for Goode, but our RB arsenal just took a huge hit. RTR
I see your point but I am not so sure this is a huge hit. I think the limited PT he would get this year is better served building depth and experience for the future with a younger player.
