Police arrested two referees

[XBAMA]

coming down I-65 earlier listening to a high school game on WWL radio
and the dangest thing happened

the chain guys got to arguing with each other
the Head Ref goes over to tell them to stop it
next thing I know it gets crazy , then
the cops handcuff the Head Ref and one other Ref for using a lot of profanity

they had to stop the game for over 20 minutes
find new refs , well one new Ref
the two teams coaches had to agree to go with 5 refs to finish the game
which for awhile I didn't think the game would finish , so there we go ,
another fine example of awesome adult conduct at a kids sporting event

Police sources confirmed that the fight began when Ellie Mae (pictured at right) started flirting with a chain-gang member after having danced with the head referee during halftime.

I have to believe it was something to do with ... "THE BOW" in her hair
either that or she was the first place prize ?
the words "gift wrapped" come to mind as well

This is so sad. We people in Washington DC acting exactly like this. We wonder why our kids act crazy, because they should be taught at home and not in school what honesty and respect means. RTR!

Hate to disagree Ricky, but this behavior is WAY better than what is going on up here.
