When I was in DC, most of the Redskins fans I talked to couldn't stand this guy. Most Dallas fans hate Jerrah Jones, too, but at least JJ has 3 SB titles in his pocket. Snyder wastes so much money on over-the-hill and/or overrated talent.

Very true. And then there was the Jim Zorn experiment, which was just horrendous. I hate it that Shanahan is up there now b/c I acutally like him.

I actually admire Snyder for spending gobs of money to make the team better, but he just keeps picking the wrong coaches and/or players to go after. He needs to go out and pay one of the top GM's in the NFL a huge salary to come to the Redskins and let him make the coaching hires and player trades/selections. In the past, he's done the actual hiring and even player trade decisions.

I actually think VY still has some talent. He'simmature as heck. but he had a winning record as QB of the Titans. Problem is, he and Shanahan will never get along.

Yeah, Shanahan is a taskmaster, and he doesn't want to have to raise someone to manhood. I agree, Young has talent, but he can't win by running the ball as QB on a regular basis. Plus, the Titans O-line stunk in pass blocking.

Hey 2stater do you think if Vince tries to not practice or gets upset, is this his last chance? I notice Al davis didn't even go after this guy. I would like to Washington improve but I don't think this is the help they need. RTR!
