I have to say when I look at this gentleman no way did he have the smarts to poison the trees. Somebody told him and he claimed the job for himself. No way he could have thought this up by himself. It's never been done in 188 years. RTR!

I feel sorry for Harvey.  Obviously he's not firing on all cylinders.  If he's on 20 medications I wanna say 3 at least are for mental illness.  He just showed a lot of poor judgment and a lack of solid logic.  I would suggest he use the insanity defense.  Aubs are used to believing outrageous claims(e.g. Cam didn't know).  I think it could work.
