I just don't see it. Do you?

"The idea of the Dolphins selecting Ingram so early is because he's the only running-back that appears to be first-round material in a weak draft for tailbacks. Ingram would become the Dolphins long-term replacement for Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown, both of whom are free agents.
But would the Dolphins want Ingram? If they don't, could he plummet into the second round? There are numerous reasons why Ingram could fall into round two."

Well this doesn't surprise me. I know with our stumble last year it dropped his stock. I really don't think Dolphins take him in the 1st round. I have always thought he would go in the 2nd round. I really think he will be taken by a run first team, i.e. Titans, Falcons, Buffalo or S.F. I hope him the best. RTR!

Tough call. I think he goes late in the 1st round though. He can run up the middle, can catch the ball out of the backfield, and block when necessary. He looked good in the combo, so I think he goes in the first round due to all these pluses.

I HOPE the Dolphins do take him. I like the Dolphins. Just don't want him to go to a team I don't like and can't cheer for! Smiley

He'd be good there.  That's my hope too.

;Yeah, a least Miami seems to want to win and he's not going to one of the NFL "dump" sites. Places like Buffalo, St. Louis, Cleveland, Phoenix, Jacksonville, or Kansas City.

The good drafting teams draft the best talent, not for position need.  Ingram is one of the 15 best players in the draft.  If Ingram is still on the board around the early 20's, a good team will trade up to get him.  He will not fall to the 2nd round.  JMHO

If he doesn't go at 15, he won't make it past the Pats pick later, he'll be 1st round, if not I'll be totally shocked

From what I have been reading most of the "experts" are picking him first round.

I hope against hope that the Ravens could take him since Harbaugh likes to run the ball (and Ray Rice needs a serviceable backup with Willis McGahee now out of the picture. With the 26th pick, it is an outside possibility (and the Ravens clearly like Bama guys, with McClain, Cody and Johnson already there).

My prediction for Ingram, 14 St. Louis

I know a lot of people like Julio in the spot, I think Ingram makes more sense though.  The Rams will get Donnie Avery and Mark Clayton back from season enders.  They also drafted 2 receivers last year and they really like Mardy Gilyard.

Steven Jackson doesn't have a ton a tread left on his tires, and his main back up is Darby(all due respect).  Ingram will fit like an old sock in that offense.
