A Davis-Monthan Air Force Base spokesperson could not confirm reports of gunfire on the base or say if anyone has been shot.

Senior Airman Timothy Dunaway says traffic has been reduced to a single point entry but he refused to elaborate.

He says the Sonoran Science Academy on the base is on lockdown. KVOA-TV says the kids are safe on the base.

Davis-Monthan is adjacent to the Pima Air & Space Museum and the "boneyard" for old military and government airplanes that is a popular destination for aviation enthusiasts.

At the show this afternoon today I bought an Ole Miss football helmet from the 1990s, then I sold it at the auction tonight.  Made a pretty profit.  Nothing else worth buying at the auction, except a few old pliers (Klein and Armstrong).  Fun time.

No, but the one I bought was an actual helmet, not a replica.  It had the real padding and such inside, made by Riddell.  Get this, I paid $4 (four dollars) for it at the indoor show (yard-sale format).  The lady said, "We have 2 more at home."  I put it at the auction, and it sold for $68.  It was worth more, but I'll take the profit.  Just a small, local auction.
