Usually you go somewhere to rent a boat (Catamaran) by the hour, but they'll drop one off to you if you rent for a few days or a week. Hassle to rig up and down and drag in and out of surf all day.

That's great. The State of Cali is completely out of control. You can retire from a prison guard job at $150,000 a year (pension for life).lol
