I wasn't any luckier fishing yesterday, except for the nice grouper we scored at Peg Leg's.

Tried it both ways. The surf was just too rough and the sand bar had washed in too close, causing logistic problems with where to cast. BTW, we ended up at Fort Pickens. The road has re-opened.

   LOL, 2.  That is a really good "Dad" joke.  I'm going to pass that one along to the kids...

We had a wonderful Christmas, ate too much, and now are looking forward to the drive home.  Can't say I'm excited about it; 13 hours on the road.  And it looks like snow is in the forecast for later this week.

My drive will only be about 7 1/2 hrs, but I have to drive through Atlanta. I'd rather take a beating than drive through Atlanta.

 best Christmas I've had in a long time great friends great family great food just the joy of having all my grandkids in the same room at the same time was wonderful and sit down at the dinner table started to say the blessing and my three-year-old grand daughter said paw paw can I say the blessing it was awesome great memories

Good morning folks. Sounds like everyone had a wonderful Christmas.  Safe travels to those that have travel long distances to get to where you need to be.  I'm glad the holiday is over personally.  I took the whole week off from work though.  Just wish I had the use of both arms so I could get some things done... At least I am now mostly pain free... Thankful for any blessings...

Made it back to Greenville safely. It's cold and going to get much colder. Talk of snow and stuff later this week and next week. I'm already over winter.
