Glad the BB team got the win in the exhibition. The cloud of doubt surrounding Sexton and the injured players, though, I'm not too thrilled about. I hope all that gets cleared up soon.

Good morning. 

We haven't visited the basketball scandals lately, and now we hear that Sexton's eligibility is in doubt.  Not a good sign.  Yes, at least the bb team won last night.  Thanks for the updates and the thread.

Saw my buddy (Jeff) yesterday.  He's a life-long LSU fan; went to school there.  Last week he told me he just hoped for a competitive game.  This week he's drinking Coach O's kool aid: "We were this close to upsetting y'all [shows his fingers extended]".  I smiled, and stretched my hands apart.


Hope everyone's well today.  Foggy, muggy, and rainy out there today (68 degrees).

The weather sure feels strange this morning. Heading to B'ham VA this morning to have the dye run through my heart if all is well I can get off this Plavix. I too am glad we won in BB but are we that bad or is UAH that good? What is wrong with Sexton why the problems? I do hope everybody a safe day today. God Bless still praying for Texas. RTR!

Good morning folks.  Had my MRI done this morning.  Hopefully the doc's office will call later today to schedule my review.  Bama beat UAH in basketball last night?  When did we get a basketball team?      Safe travels Preacher.  Hopefully you will be able to get off the Plavix. I hope everyone else has a great day too. 

Oh, when I got home yesterday afternoon my 9 y/o came to me all excited wanting to tell me something.  Mrs. Nalt stopped him and told him to follow her and to bring me too.  We went into the dining room where she handed him a piece of paper that he showed to me.  It was his invitation to join the National Beta Club as a member of the local school's Junior Beta organization.  He was really super excited.  I am so proud of him.  I've had three daughters that were inducted into the Beta club but he is my first son to do so and he is my first kid to be inducted into Junior Beta.  He is only in 4th grade.  Did I mention how proud I am of him?
