Yep, I woke up this morning, posted some pics and youtube songs of Carole King, expecting a quiet Easter day.  Then a troll came by.  But by late afternoon we were talking fishing and having fun again.

So, you left home for the day?

Well, I was in T-town most of the day, seeing the fam and watching my niece's dedication at church. We left for Mobile around 3 and got back in around 6:30, so this is my first chance to log in for today. Did everyone have a good Easter?

Yep, wonderful day.  Planted roses, ate steak, and visited with friends here.

3 to 6:30?  3.5 hours??  It used to take us 5 hours back in the 60s.  I thought hwy 25 was 1000-miles long.  Once hit a deer along that stretch. 

Used to hitch-hike home when I was a freshman.  Bet NOBODY does that anymore.

The way we come is 69 down to Linden, then 43 the rest of the way to I-65. Sometimes I will take 25 from Greensboro to Thomasville. I also have to admit that I am not the world's slowest driver

Thanks for asking. I actually took a long nap after golf yesterday and woke up feeling much better. The only thing I hate about getting older is that I probably can no longer play golf more than a couple times a week without consequences.
