I was reading an article on JF and the azz he made of himself against a beaten and out manned Rice team. This was a negative article toward JF which will become a common theme this year. They compared him to Marshall Henderson the thug basketball player from Ole Miss. I think that is a good comparison. They are both rednecks that don't know how to act right and put themselves before the team. I don't want him to get hurt but I hope we pound him so hard we make his azz quit.

We didn't play as well as I would have liked yesterday, but I don't think we are going to have any trouble with aTm this year.  After watching the game again, I think CNS dialed it back quite a bit on purpose.  The game plan was ultra conservative right from the beginning.  I guess he anticipated VT was depleted and it wasn't going to take much to beat them.

I haven't heard any analyst favor anything about Manziel,the University,the Coach, and the NCAA for tolerating him. There were some pretty harsh feelings expressed in detail by many people this morning and I'm sure there will be more.

I also posted during the in-game that we played a very vanilla offense so as not to show aTm anything. There are issues, however, with the offensive line that will need to be worked out before we meet JF and their semi-anemic defense. I worry less and less about the game. I think we will beat them by at least 2 touchdowns.

I played golf 40 minutes away today and listened to sports radio coming and going. EVERYBODY, every minute,  was slamming Manziel for being a total dutchbag. He is by far the most unpopular figure in sports right now.

Hey everybody. I am back but had a rough night and day. Bleeding a lot. My surgery is on 10, September, 2013 but if this keeps happening I may have to go early. Listen it is great to see all of you guys and gals return for football season. RTR!

We grilled three racks of baby back ribs yesterday  They were great.

My daughter is home for the long weekend. We have been eating pretty good. We grilled burgers on Friday. Had pizza delivered during the game on Sat. Ribs yesterday. We talked yesterday about eating out Mexican food tonight so I guess that will be dinner.

went to New Orleans yesterday afternoon and saw what a dump the
East side still is in places since Katrina , how many years has it been ?
 

woke up this AM feeling like poop so I'm gonna take it as it comes
may not go no where except from the Bathroom to the recliner
