I've heard similar tales regarding the repair shop wait times.  It's rough on someone that doesn't have backup transportation.

No flying this time, OT. Mrs 2 and I drove her car back to SC and we drove back to P'cola yesterday. Got word that they started working on my truck. Fingers crossed that they can get parts in a timely manner.

We chose not to get that coverage. Had we known then what we know now, We would have chosen differently.
