Howdy folks.  Sorry for checking in so late but I've been busier than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest today.  Also, for some strange reason I am having problems on my work computer opening this thread using Internet Exploder.  Using Chrome now with no problems...

Hope Preacher's back gets to feeling better soon...

Another hump day greets us. 57 degrees this morning, going up to 81. WOOOT!!!

Bama baseball beat UAB last night, 3-2 in B'ham. To make the masses happy, I will start a baseball thread. 

It will be very predictable though, as we've won nearly all of our mid-week games. The weekends? Not so much. We've got Vandy this weekend. I doubt the pattern changes.

BEAUTIFUL weather yesterday and hot today here too.  It's already 61.  Wow.  STORMS by tomorrow morning early.  4" of rain expected here!!  Crazy.

Yes, 2, please start another thread or two on subjects that nobody reads.  
How about another about our new basketball coach!  

The spring-migrant birds are here.  I spent some time yesterday watching tanagers and warblers in the yard.  It was windy, so I never did go fishing.

Here's a Summer Tanager sitting just outside our window.  Not great because it's taken through the glass window:

Nice pic anyway.

The weather was great here yesterday, too. Played golf with some agents at a golf course I rarely play, because I hate the greens. They didn't let me down yesterday, either. I lost count of the 3 putts I had. I did manage to birdie the last hole and shot an 87. Kind of disappointing since I literally hit every fairway off the tee.

Now, I have to go in early to get caught up.
