Good morning, all.  Coffee

Same weather here, 2; chilly in the 30s now, and warming to the 60s this afternoon.  Maybe a fishing day!

Yeah, a win last night against the Boogs.  Not pretty, but a win.

Glad to hear you're heading south.  Maybe the fish are biting there!!

 Kiss

We'll be there all week. Wanna help me find out?  Cool

I have a doctor appt next Thursday, so the schedule is limited.  Hope the weather cooperates!

Let's keep an eye on it and try to pull something off, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday?

Good morning, errbody.  A chilly spring morning here, but it should turn out to be a very nice day.

It's looking like the basketball program may be in for more of a complete reset than we'd hoped.

Well we are off to see the wizard at the VA Hospital in B'ham. More swallowing tests to see how far this cancer has gone.
What is happening that our BB program may be in a bigger reset? RTR!

If recent history is any indication, with 2 heading to Pensacola on Saturday then it is probably going to rain all next week...

Good morning folks.  Beautiful morning here.  Looking for the mid-to-high 60's this afternoon.

Doc, did you get to visit with the Vice-POTUS yesterday since he was in Huntsville?

I'm considering taking off tomorrow and Friday since it is supposed to rain Saturday and Sunday.  Will probably be a game-time decision though...

I was not invited, but I did have a coworker in my department that got to go.  The traffic heading west yesterday afternoon was terrible.

Preacher, I hope they can eventually find out and treat what's wrong with you.

Kudos to the softball team last night. It wasn't pretty but they held on to beat GT 4-3 last night. I saw Jamos behind home plate last night, keeping ole Blue in line. He did a pretty good job for the most part.  Wink

I saw where gymnastics finished 3rd in the SEC championship Saturday. They are the only SEC team to never finish outside the top 4. I wish them well in the Nationals.

Good morning, all.

The softball team indeed had a fine win.  We'll need to get Jamos back here more cnsistently to update us on progress of this team.

I spent the entire afternoon fishing yesterday.  The White Bass have moved from Sardis Lake upstream in the Tallahatchie River to spawn.  Thousands of them gather over sandy areas this time of year.  I took my inflatable pontoon boat out to find them.

After 2 hours I had 44 fish caught.  That's when 2 backwoods guys arrived in their leaky boat to join me.  We chatted and teased as the fish snapped consistently.  I lost count after that, but I'm sure I caught 60-80 fish yesterday.  They were keeping their fish (not me), and said their live well had at least 50 by 4pm.  That's when I left for home.  Quite a day!

Talk about shooting fish in a barrel.....

Glad you had such an eventful day. Going up to 68 today. If I didn't have to conduct training, I'd play hooky and go hack up a golf course somewhere. That bolded 'h' is for you, NALT.

You need a new word.  HOOKY is for fishermen who skip work to wet a hook.
You skip work to play SLICEY!

Or hacky.

As long as you shoot in the 80s and occasionally the 70s, you're no hack.
If I played enough I could qualify as a hack!    I'm somewhere below that!
