Geez, we're under a tornado watch until 2am.

Hope all of you in north Alabama are okay.

 

I hope it passes you by, Chech. Tomorrow is our day under the gun.

We had rain during the night, and some thunder, but nothing terrible.  The really bad storm passed by to our south, hitting Clarksdale and West Helena.  No problem here, thankfully.

I'm watching The Open taped.  When I turned it on this morning I got a message that the signal was lost during the night (storms), and part of it wasn't taped.

Good morning folks.  For the most part the bad weather missed us too going to the east of us.  It has been thundering most of the morning with a short-lived shower passing through occasionally but nothing to really worry about.  Glad you all were spared the bad stuff.  I got all of my mowing done Thursday and Friday so now I don't really have much to do other than hang out with the family...Not a bad gig if you can get it...

  we had wind that was really bad. It slid our trash can across the yard. Lightning and the hardest rain I have seen in a while. Sunny and really nice this morning. You all have a grand day. RTR!

We had three severe storms heading right at us last night, but died out as they got here. We were fortunate. Ended up just being light rain. The weather is so unpredictable up here since it's nearly always affected by the mountains. They either tear storms apart or funnel them in on top of us. Last night was the former, thank Heavens.

No rain predicted for today, so I'll go from watching golf to playing it.

The weather is so unpredictable up here since it's nearly always affected by the mountains. They either tear storms apart or funnel them in on top of us. Last night was the former, thank Heavens.

No rain predicted for today, so I'll go from watching golf to playing it.

Good morning folks.  Glad the storms fizzled before getting there 2.  Similar to how the storms that were predicted to hit us Friday night never did.  Thankful for the blessings...Safe travels Chech.  Hope you find something to enjoy in Birmingham. My next door neighbor and I worked together to cut a pretty big tree down yesterday. It was perilously close to the power service line running to my house and has been standing dead for about 2 years.  The power company told him that they would be happy to quote a price to cut it down for us.  We did it ourselves for $0.  I hope you are all doing well and have a great day today...

Good Monday morning. We had some rough storms roll through late yesterday afternoon. The lightning had the golfers taking cover. No damage here, but some homes were destroyed southwest of here. No deaths reported, however.

Big work week, starting with a meeting this morning in Spartanburg. Y'all have a good one.
