Made it to Greenville. Had a carload of stuff for the condo that I had to unload, but sitting here chilling now. Gonna be 36 tonight. Ducks will be cold tonight.

We're gonna have to invite D when we go. He's pretty lonesome since his fishing buddy died.

Good morning. 

Got lots of yard work done: blowing leaves; raking piles of leaves; transplanting shrubs; prepping faucets for winter; picking up limbs in the woods; etc.  No trees were cut with chainsaws, and no grass was cut.

Mississippi State continues to court Jeremy Pruitt for hc.  But they're also looking at others.  Tennessee is a mess.  No word on A&M yesterday, except announcing there's a meeting at A&M Thursday to discuss "football legal and personnel matters".

Meanwhile we wait.  Despite power rankings, most folks now expect the Committee to take teams from 4 different conferences.

Morning Chech. Just got back from my walk. Forecasters missed it last night. Low was supposed to be 36 but it is currently 31 degrees. Even the ducks weren't laughing this morning.

I hope we make it in, but let the chips fall where they may. As my business partner always says, "It is what it is". No matter what, Bama is still the gold standard in college football.

Good morning folks.  Cold here this morning too.  We find out tonight were we stand in the CFP polls but we don't have to hang our hat on that just yet.  If I'm not mistaken there should be another poll out next week after all the conference championship games this weekend.  If we are close, and I believe we should be this week (probably at #5) then with the ACC loss by either Miami or Clempson that should make room for us to slip back in... Makes sense to me anyways...

If Clemson beats Miami, that won't help us. Miami will need to beat Clemson, since they are on the outside looking in.

Good fishing yesterday at Navarre Beach. Caught 6 whiting. Foggy now. 2 will have to post pics for me or wait until I get home.
