Good morning folks.  Back to work this morning.  Much cooler temps and it is quite windy here.     I want my 90 degree + temps back...

51 degrees for my walk today. Was a struggle after a week of debauchery.  Now, back to the ole grindstone.

Good morning.  

All of you guys counting exercise steps sound like my wife and her walking group.  Just sayin'.  

I watched the replay last night.  Really a good effort by both the offense and defense.  Among the noticeable plays, it's obvious that teams like to throw toward Levi Wallace.  He had 2 interceptions, but was beaten badly at least once; receiver overthrown on a potential TD.  Still, Wallace played well enough to get SEC Defensive Player of the Week.
 

The picks this week are going to be tough.  Miami vs FSU?  Florida favored by 3.5 over LSU?  Wow.  Prolly best to just pick randomly again.

Good morning folks.  I haven't started doing my routine walking yet but plan to do so when the temps get a bit cooler. I want to try and drop about 15-20 pounds if I can.  I too came in early this morning.  I'm trying to make up some time that I will miss tomorrow when Mrs. Nalt and I have an appointment with a lawyer.  No worries though, she ain't getting rid of me and I know better than to try and get rid of her... Just other "issues" we need to figure out...  I hope you all have a wonderful day...

As far as losing weight, JOIN THE CRS FAMILY!!  Only Jamos doesn't worry about such!  Golf keeps him trim.  And, of course, Mrs Jamos helps!!
