Raising hand

I was at school in 5th grade.  The 2 Auburn fans in my grade were giggling and having a party.

I'm thinking a can of azz whoop was opened

I had just got home from work on a rain out that day. I was building a commercial job in Atlanta.
Well just got done cutting grass and with Mrs. Dottie help and my back is splitting in pain. This is the only place I know to go right now to let it ease off some. RTR!

Pray, thank you for the prayer Chechem. Your right my yard work will be over this year.  Cry you know Chechem it kills me to have to sit and watch Mrs. Dottie weed eat or cut grass by herself. That is why I closed my garden spot when my back went out. I had a place about 60Ft wide and 90FT long. I was so much fun have fresh garden but now it just drives me nuts to have to sit and do nothing.  Banging your head against the wall. RTR!

You can build (no, have built) a raised-box garden.  Picture an elongate frame about 8' long, 3' wide, and 2' deep filled with rich soil and no weeds.  It sits atop a frame, so the top of the box is at waist level.  There you can tend your crops and enjoy them daily without bending.  Very simple to build, and BUY good soil (Miracle Grow Topsoil) for it.  You can put it on a sunny porch or along the sidewalk.  You'll have years of pleasure, plus good veggies.

Applause E-Cred e-cred to you for this hammer down idea. I have never thought of this and Dottie will go crazy over this. She has been  so distraught because she couldn't get her good clean veggies for the past 4 years or maybe 5 to 6. She will smile and even hear a long Roll Tide.  Applause E-Cred, RTR!

question ... how many cried the day he died ?

I did have a tear in my eye as his funeral procession passed by on Bryant Drive, I knew then that he was gone forever. Sad

I was in Tuscaloosa, attending UA.  It was the end of an era.  Very solemn procession down Bryant Drive -- seems like it was renamed from "10th Street" during that era.

I have something similar, two 14' X 3' raised wooden boxes with a rock walkway in between.  Though it isn't on a frame off the ground -- that would have required more work than I was willing to invest.  I had to build a fence around it this year to keep the puppies out.  Not sure how much support would be required to hold that weight over time off the ground, my skill is limited to keeping it on the ground.  For tomatoes, not much stooping is required once planted.  I like Miracle Grow Garden Soil, which I rotate to an herb garden, then to fill dog/kid dug holes or general gardening.  (I'll be glad when they all outgrow the digging phase. )  My house sits on the edge of a hill/small mountain and the soil is pretty heavy with clay, and a raised bed is essential.
