Now that we've lost a few players, punished a few more, missed on our choice of bb coaches, and outlawed weed in Tuscaloosa, it's time for a nice, calm day.

Tomorrow the tornado risk returns to our region (Little Rock to B'ham), then it turns cool.  But today I plan to enjoy the warm sun, get some work done, and stop this hacking cough.

We've got the hacking cough here, too. The pollen is as thick as pea soup. I'm not going to complain though, because the weather has been terrific!

Ok, so what is our plan B for a BB coach?

We had clouds of pine pollen leaving the trees with every gust of wind yesterday.  Today we get the bad thunderstorms.  It's north of us now, but due here during late afternoon.

LSU kicked our butts in baseball yesterday.  Lots of good teams in the SEC; not Bama.

Enjoy the holiday.  Don't forget the Peeps.

Youngest daughter coming home from Lafayette for Easter. Good excuse for me to eat some this weekend. After losing 45 lbs, I'm looking forward to it.  Tongue

The rain seems to have passed through here as well. It's amazing the weather that Easter seems to bring each year, stormy and cool/cold. The old timers all say to never plant your garden until Easter has passed and it's a pretty reliable bit of advice for those that do planting.

There's more bad news for the football team, Bo Scarbrough, it's been a tough off season so far.

One thing for sure with all this rain we haven't a drop of a problem with pollen. I think FOX6 showed next week rain from monday through Friday. Grass should grow and the air should smell fresh. RTR!
