It was a long night.  We had severe thunderstorms, high winds and mucho lightning starting at 11:30, then again later in the night.  I don't think we had any trees down on our property, at least not in the front yard, but the winds were so gusty that trees will be down around Oxford this morning.  It got ugly.

Looks like it's approaching you guys in Alabama this morning.  Hunker down!

But, hope springs eternal; today is another spring day.  Back to The Masters, a day at the office, and then the weekend.

But it'll warm nicely and become a beautiful afternoon.  Enjoy it, folks.

Glad to see Tiger, Phil, and Spieth playing well at The Masters.  Great game.

Good Saturday morning, everybody! Will be heading to Lafayette here shortly. Looks like we'll be driving through rain for the most part, but will not put a damper on us going to the boudin festival. I get to eat today, yayyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 47 lbs and still counting.

Watching the Masters has given me the itch to play golf. Actually I have had the itch for weeks but the courses in North Alabama are too wet. We have had so much rain the ground is soft in spots and muddy in others. I am going to give it another day and play tomorrow. Go to early church so I get out at 10:30. That will give me time to play 18 and watch the back 9 at Augusta.

That's a ton of weight, Preacher.  You are human, right??

Yes sir, but eating a diabetic diet and lifting weights and training as my back will allow helps. I ride a stationary for a while as I canon an empty stomach and it really cranks up the MBR (Metabolic Rate). RTR!

Alabama's scrimmage yesterday seems to have answered few questions about QBs, but at least it gave game-type experience to the players overall.  Sounds like either our D-line is the best in years or the O-line is more porous than ever!  Read the Jamos scrimmage summary; excellent.

The Masters is cruising along like a train wreck.  Spieth keeps fending off the competition by sinking birdies, and a few big names are chasing now.  Here's hoping for an exciting finish!

Guess 2 is cramming his face with beignets this morning.  I'm jealous!

Not yet, but soon, and then off to the boudin festival. Glad we brought rain gear because it is soggier than my head band after a 3 mile run.

Spieth appears invincible, bur good to see Tiger and Phil playing well.

Here is hoping all has a great day. Guess I'll be on and off today seems Dottie may have a touch of pneumonia and no church for us. I sure do get heart broken when I miss church. I hope Speith has a good day. I think it is good for young people to win the Masters so one person don't get the big head by himself. lol, RTR!
