Here is hoping all is doing great. Today was an end of a journey for us. Dottie finished her Chemo treatments today and we are thrilled. Praise the Lord! RTR!

Very happy for Miss Dottie and you.  Applause E-Cred

St. George Island

That is one beautiful picture, Chech. One of the reasons I love living where I do. It rained all day yesterday, so didn't get to see a sunset, but there will be many more.

Good Sunday morning!

Played golf yesterday, then worked in the yard. The yard work turned out to be the much more productive of the two. After losing 37 lbs, I'm having to retool my swing. I've lost 10-15 yds on my drives, too. I just have to keep convincing myself that the tradeoff is worth it.

Laughing  I'm sure 'it's worth it'.

It's still raining here.  Seems like the whole world is soggy!
But I'll take rain over cold and ice!!

Spring football is always a drag for the players, and rain wouldn't help.
At least they have the indoor option!

Morning boys. I am home instead of at church this morning with a sick young'un, and getting a little nervous about this coming weekend. I am due to take my comprehensive exam this weekend, which will be the last hurdle in my way of earning my Masters degree from Catholic University. If you guys think about it on Friday and Saturday, please remember me in your prayers that I can do well.

Hit the gym my friend. You should not be losing distance as you get in better shape. You need to be losing fat and not muscle. The best way to do that is a proper diet and exercise that includes both light weight lifting and cardio.

Congrats on losing 37 lbs. That is a lot of weight loss. I bet you feel better. If you are like most men the majority came from the gut. That should help you make a better turn on your swing. Most over weight golfers sway their hips rather than make a full turn.

We are roughly the same age. You will never hit the ball as far as you did 10 years ago.  Sad
