Every time I return to thinking he has completely lost his mind, his teams prove/kinda prove I am wrong. He doesn't handle the press well (understatement of the year), but the finished product is his team, and their performance, which is invariably one of the best,-- year in/year out.  I am glad to be on the outside looking in, as far as Lester is concerned.
