Baylor driving ball, on 50 yard line. Run ball to 42 yard line, 4th down. Going for it on 4th. Baylor gets 1st down. Baylor rolling. Penalty back Baylor up. Baylor WR interfered with on 3 yard line but NO call by refs. VERY obvious penalty. Baylor hits long FG. 38-24 Baylor on 50 yard FG.
