I dont think there is anyone on the planet taht wouldnt love to see freddie make a run.  But you guys hit the nail on the head, he doesnt have 4 rounds in him.

Freddie is playing with a back as bad as mine and XBama's.  I watched him yesterday, and he'd hit and make a modified follow through to protect himself, not the beautiful swing we all associate with him.  Hopefully his back will allow him to finish the weekend.  He'd be my favorite too (I'm on the planet).

It will be very interesting to see who is hot and who is not today. The younsters have set the pace but now Tiger is standing in the doorway, it will be a very interesting day of golf especially to see if this is the real Tiger or he just had a good day yesterday.

Maybe we should predict who will be the leader after today.  I predict:
1. Rory shoots +1, but still leads.
2. Tiger shoots E par today and is at -7 (2 shots back).
3. Westwood shoots into 3rd pacle.
4. Phil shoots -2 and is within reach again at -4.
5. Choi and Day drop back behind Westwood.

Pretty good.

I will say McIlroy shoots +2, Tiger shoots a 68 and pulls into the lead, day blows up, Phil moves into position with a 67, Choi shoots a 69 and moves up with Tiger.  Some random dude shoots a 64 and has a cameo in the top 5 before blowing up tomorrow.

And Els shoots mid 60's playing by himself in the morning.  

Sorry, Smitty.  Els is now +3 after 14.

edit: But I see Mickelson has birdied 2 and 3 = -4.

Break-my-heart PHIL has bogeyed the 4th.  Same old Phil.  He doesn't get pars; gets either a bogey or a birdie/eagle on every hole.
