Former Alabama golfer Brooke Pancake has become the sixth Crimson Tide athlete to be named a finalist for the NCAA Woman of the Year award.
The award honors female student-athletes who have distinguished themselves in academic achievement, athletics excellence, community service and leadership.
Pancake already has been selected as the Capital One Academic All-America of the Year after graduating in May. She completed her eligibility as she led the Crimson Tide to the 2012 NCAA Women's Golf Championship. She finished second individually.
The marketing major graduated with a 4.0 grade-point average.
