Well, kudos to him.  Gotta love a sense of humor, especially when he admits failure!  Applause E-Cred

He probably drops Michigan down to #4 and votes Ohio State #1 now.

Well I would ask him which part of the team he thought stopped the Proud and Blue? RTR!

Definite Big 10 homer.  See if this sounds familiar: Bama pounds #8 Michigan, a team the rust belters were counting on to show the country  the Big 10 is back.  Then Michigan is so disallusioned, beat up, and down trodden that they lose their next 3 respectable games also. Then everyone says, "Anyone could have beaten UM. They just weren't that good".

This happened with Virginia Tech one year, Florida a couple years back, maybe PSU and Georgia. When we pound and humiliate teams they tend to stay beaten and it affects our SOS.  JMHO

 Huh?

I don't think that happens this year. UM will win a lot of Big 10 games except tOSU. That might be a loss. Denard was just plain scared you could see it in his eyes when the TV shots came. He was not ready for a monster that was starving to recognized, i.e. our defense. RTR!

BMV you are spot on here. I was about to start a separate thread on this phenomenon. This happened with the Clemson game, the Georgia game in the dome, and on and on. It's not just the loss and the demoralization, it's the injuries as well. I'd actually like to see some data an what happens to the teams we beat ranking-wise compared to the impact of loses to other teams.

The best example, to my recollection was UF in 2010. They lost the next week to LSU without a fight.

Yep. A lot of that going around to the point where head coaches and QBs have nightmares about playing the Tide.

Michigan plays Air Force this week.  AF just lost their starting center for the season:

But before you bet on Michigan for that game, consider that Michigan lost their starting corner against us:

How quickly those Michigan State fans forget the Capital One Bowl.  That beat down was much worse than what Michigan took.
