Bingo!! This is something most fans just don't get. There are so many variables that can go wrong, not to mention the other team may just play better than us, like S. Carolina in 2010. No way that team should have dominated the Tide the way it did, but it happened.

Well first of all when the season starts as a fan I don't even remember last till the season this year is over. CNS has me believing that one game at a time is the only way you can win every game. I certainly pray we have no injuries, I think that is second behind complacency that can cost us our chance. Right now as of today, I certainly like our chance but remember one play, one kick, and day at a time. RTR!

I will have to respectly disagree with you here.   The Bama D made too many mistakes, 16 missed tackles in the USC game alone.  What did happen that year that helped AJ for his future was GM and the Bama offense got leads with enable him to get quality minutes in games that year.  It was obvious AJ was not ready to take over the QB position.

The odds of any team beating out all other teams for the NC are horribly high. Compare our two games with LSU last year to see how crazy football can be.

This is true. But we have to keep in mind that this is also true for all the other teams competing for the championship.

Yeah, I admit I am thinking, it'd be so great to go back to back..and I know it is almost impossible, but it CAN BE DONE..and if anyone can do it, then at least WE have a CHANCE, d!@#$%%! it!

The off season has been too long for so-called journalists/experts to print crap like this.

And I ain't drinking the koolaid...Heckfire, any true BAMA fan wants the team to win every game every year and win the NC..but we know sometimes the ball don't wobble our way ever time..but they are still OUR team..and we don't set our goals for second place, d!@#$%#@!@ it!

Don't be greedy.  Enjoy it while you can.

I plan to enjoy every game as if it's the last one.  I can't see past Michigan yet.  I WANT to win this one and win it big.  Michigan is the upcoming team in the Big 10; they are the darling.  I hope we crush them, and with that we crush the Big 10 (again).

Winning the NC again depends too much on injury luck.  We all know that our success depends on a healthy AJ.  If we are unlucky, we'll lose games.  If we stay healthy 100%, we have a great chance at repeating.
