Here ya go.  These are from Highlands Lake, a new residential area near Oxford.  Lots of big bass.  Can't wait to go back on a really warm day.  We caught 20 in 2 hours; biggest was 4lbs.  LF says I always look grumpy in selfies; too much concentration!

   Yeah, we didn't start until 2:30.  He has a church thingy tonight, so we had to stop at 4:30.  I'd have fished until midnight!

Well, it's warmer now (62) at 4:30 AM than it was when I went fishing yesterday (61).  Maybe it's that BRIGHT, FULL MOON.  That sucker is HUGE!


Off to work on a house this morning, then ...... (wait for it) ......

My apologies for being away for so long. Life has repeatedly detained me over the last 5 months or so, as work and sundry other things have gotten in the way. However, it is my plan to be more diligent in attending CRS meetings in the future. I have to place part of the blame on this young lady who has been keeping me up so many nights since last summer:

   Good to be back, 2. She is a mess and she already has me wrapped around her little finger! The Lord has really blessed us with two great kids.

Hello cb, hope all is well and glad to see the Blessings on you. Just keep a smile and know we are always here. It is warm here this morning and it is funny it is warmer outside than it is in the house. RTR!

Good morning folks.  Much warmer here today too.  It was about 53 degrees when I went out for my 4+ mile walk.  I took the boys fishing yesterday as planned.  We were using various colors of rattletrap lures in my BIL's pond.  My youngest caught a small crappie on a blue/chrome trap.  A few minutes later I caught a nice 2-1/2 pound bass ( sorry, no pics) on a red rattletrap.  A few minutes later youngest caught another small crappie.  All fish went back in the pond to be caught again in the future.  The other two boys didn't catch anything.

Those are some nice looking fish Chech.  Could you try and get more of the fish and less of the old grumpy guy though?    Good luck playing golfball today 2.  Preacher, hope you warm up today.

CB, after seeing that beautiful little girl I think I speak for all CRS members in saying that you are excused for having missed being here.  Take all the time you need and raise that little beauty right...
