I'm so glad it's Friday. The only thing I have to do today, unless things change, is help an agent form an agency and LLC. Been a very busy week and I'm looking forward to a quiet, peaceful weekend..........oh, and golf. There will be golf.

It's hot.  No rain.  I like summer, but this is getting old.  Too hot to enjoy the outdoors here.  We go for a morning walk, then retreat inside for the day.

Big news yesterday was a city utilities truck across the street from us.  Then our water went off; broken pipe.  Methinks they're creating their own jobs!

We had the storm of storms yesterday. I left work about 2:00. Extreme lightning and a deluge. It must've dumped 3 inches of rain in an hour. Streets were flooded, and the people up here can't drive in good weather, much less a typhoon. My 20 minute drive home ended up being 45. Sure was good to get home though.

Streets were flooded, and the people up here can't drive in good weather, much less a typhoon. My 20 minute drive home ended up being 45. Sure was good to get home though.

That is exactly how the view out my back door was. There was a raging river flowing down the #4 fairway.

I'm playing tomorrow and Tuesday, so no golf today. Playing golf 3 out of 4 days might be pushing the back. I'll be watching golf today, prolly with frosty beverage at the ready.

I traveled by air for the first time since the first week of March this week. Boy is it different. Everyone wears a mask. Delta keeps middle seats open and the planes were less than 40% full. Even in the Atlanta airport there was not many people and it is normally a zoo. It made traveling much easier but I am ready to get this virus behind. This is effecting too many businesses and peoples lives.

Even in the Atlanta airport there was not many people and it is normally a zoo. It made traveling much easier but I am ready to get this virus behind. This is effecting too many businesses and peoples lives.

I remember driving through Atlanta right after the initial shutdown. It was in the middle of morning rush and it was like a ghost town. Very eerie.

Yes, it's time for the covid to go.
