We got sleet, then a dusting of snow, and then rain for half an hour.  Lots of wrecks in Memphis; don't know about here.  All of the cars in the parking lots are covered in ice/snow.

It's been a long time since winter precip has dipped that far south, this early in the year.

This morning I went outside to walk about 9AM and it sleeted on me. The middle of November in Fruithurst, Al. it don't sleet, well untill now. RTR!

Thanks but no thanks. I've seen a few fans in the aisles in years past but they weren't singing and didn't really know if they were going up the aisle or down the aisle but their body motions were very similar to those on the video.

Morning everyone.

I haven't been outside yet this morning but the weatherman says it's below freezing with a strong wind, not a good weather recipe for me.

It's TGIF and the beginning of a big weekend here in T-town. We have the girls basketball game late this afternoon followed by the boys playing Towson tonight to open their season. Tomorrow is the biggie though, hearing myself say Bama is playing the #1 team in the nation, Mississippi State, sounds a little different though, usually it's the #1 team Bama playing Mississippi State. It makes no difference though, Bama will be the #1 team when the clock clicks down to zero. Hmmm, with the mentality of the selection committee, I might be a little ahead of myself saying Bama will be #1 after the victory unless Bama can beat State like they did Texas A&M and then that would probably not be enough to satisfy them.

Oh well, Roll Tide to everyone and stay warm. There is one thing I get to do today, I get to entertain two of my friends that want to play golf this afternoon, they will be on the golf course and I'll be playing gin rummy in the clubhouse.
