Jurrjens style of pitching reminds me of another Brave from long ago, Greg Olsen. I can't remember the Braves closer at the time, but he went on the DL and Olsen took his place. All curve ball, no mustard on his pitches. He had 13 saves in a row before everyone figured out that the curve ball was all he had and they beat him in to oblivion by sitting on the curve ball. I think this is what is happening to JJ. He can't really mix up his pitches and is starting to pay the price.

Well I don't get to watch a lot of the late games cause my wife goes to bed. She has the bedroom right beside the Living
roojm where I sleep in my recliner. She "hollers I can't sleep" lol. Maybe the Braves can get their stroke back before the pitching wears out. The West Coast is going to mean a lot to them while they are out there. RTR!

If you didn't root against the Braves in my Dad's house, you didn't eat.  I like to eat.  Dad watches every Braves game and roots against them.
