Crap, I had no idea he was so sick, since I mainly stick to sports. I thought he was a young person (under 40). He seemed like a good person. What a waste.

I can't believe it. So many years Taz and his jumping frog brought joy with his morning greetings. One of our bright lights has gone out and we are the poorer for it. My good blessings go to Taz and condolences to his family and close friends.

As soon as I found out that my cancer was gone, I hear this.   Sad

Well, at least we can celebrate your good news.  Happy for you, buddy.

What a sad day this is.  I enjoyed the times we spent together.  Taz was a dear, kind, and sweet guy.  My wife was with me the last time I saw him, and he never failed to ask about her when we talked.

I'm gona miss my little buddy, but he wont ever have to use that wheelchair again.  I pray for peace and comfort for the family and especially "uncle Billy".

When I last visited TAZ last Thursday he was so upbeat and we talked about many things, mostly sports, but most of all he was trying to find a menu for Jimmy Johns because he said he was growing tired of the hospital food. It was a fun visted and I'm so glad my last visit with him was this.

He was experiencing some kidney problems when he entered the hospital but the doctors thought this might be a temporary thing and he would be on his way home after a few days stay. I talked with his sister this morning and she said that the kidney problem became more serious for him.

TAZ was a young man, his sister told me he was 37, and he just loved people. Even though he was restricted is so many ways, spina bifida, he was very active. He loved Alabama sports to the max and attended as many games as he possibly could. One of his favorite things in life was going to the Quad on game day to see his internet friends that may have come to the game. He loved to go fishing as well. He and I talked last Thursday about him getting out of the hospital so he could go fishing, his relatives had just caught some big bass and he was very antsy to go home and get on the lake.

I'll miss my "little buddy" for he was a very special person to me, to accomplish so many things in his short, he just amazed me. He recently told me that he once played wheel chair rugby and that just blew me away. He was small in stature but had a heart as big as Texas and that was reflected on the sports forums and facebook as so many knew. He told me last Thursday he was very anxious to get back home so he could  talk with all his friends .

My thoughts and prayers go out to TAZ's family and all of his friends, RIP "little buddy," I will miss you.  Pray

Tonight, I will thank God for two things my old friend.  One that your cancer is gone.  Two, that our mutual friend is home.  It's a really cool thing if you stop and think about it.   Cool
