I got one now!  4 hours of pressure washin' in this sunny LA weather can be brutal on a white neck.  That is all.   Cool

If you pressure wash your deck you have to retreat it.  WHen I got my pressure washer I went crazy cleaning everything, then I learned I had a ton of staining to do.  Embarrassed

Pressure washing is brutal as it is. Add the hot sun into the equation and it is merciless.

Been there, did that!   Cheesy  This project is the annual 80 foot walkway, and 50 ft of driveway.  ssmith, you are from down here, you know how the mold gets outta hand after just one year.  Hey, living in one of the wettest pacles in the US does have it's drawbacks.   Undecided

I wuz finishing up the driveway yesterday afternoon, got down to the last square foot or less, and POP-wooooooooooooooosssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  This freakin' hose bursteded on me power washer!!!   Angry

How's it holding up?  

Concrete is made from portland cement and aggregate, the aggregate is usually limestone.  All of these are water soluble.  If you want it to last "forever" like it should, you should seal it.  It's super easy, rolls on like paint and dries in a few minutes.
