  Hebrew 12 vs 11-12

11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

 12 Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.

This passage,
really carried me through a grueling workout this morning. And come to think of it, did Bama's very own Coach Bryant say, "The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards?" Hmmmmmm, sounds a lot like verse 11 from above.

Hebrews tells us a lot. We also know that if we never get disciplined we are going to be nothing. Chastisement means God loves us, or our Parents too. Good job Reuben, thank you. God Bless!

Thanks Ricky, I turning this one into kind of a "mantra while running / working out. When ever I get tired and start trying to wimp out I will be repeating this to myself.

( And I'll use it when I need to be be studying but would rather be surfing the net.)
