My third game to go to this year. I also went to Memphis and Gonzaga in B'ham. The crowds are back. Great atmosphere. The team is possibly the most talented team Bama has ever had. We can beat you in so many different ways. We go ten deep and all ten can score. This team is fun to watch.

The score was closer than the game. This team is good.

Well done and I am glad we have a team that gets attention off the bad year we had in football. Either way I am pulling for them and I have been since about 1964. RTR!

I've been following Tide basketball since 1968 and this is the deepest, best team they have EVER had. this team goes 8 or 9 players deep. This includes Clowney, Miller, Sears, J. Bradley, Bediako, Quinerly, Pringle, Gurley, & Griffen. We have an excellent point guard in Sears, tall players with talent in Miller, Clowney, & Bediako (plus back-ups Pringle & Gurley), plus speed and quickness in other players. This team has unlimited potential.

Totally agree MD. I think they have a shot at going deep in the Big Dance if they keep playing together. RTR!

I say it is possibly the best team we have ever had. It may be the best but the CM Newton teams of the 70's were very good. Three straight SEC Championships from 74-76. Players included Leon Douglas, Anthony Murray, Reggie King, Charles Cleveland, TR Dunn, Ricky Brown, Ray Odums, and Boonie Russell.

CM Newton SEC Championship teams in the 70's:

73-74  (22-4)
74-75  (22-5)
75-76  (23-5)

I remember when C.M. Newton wouldn't give me a chance to walk on and I was ask to come to auburn and turned it down. That is why I ended up in the Army to serve this country. RTR!

CM Newton nor Bear Bryant offered me a chance either.

CNO in the postgame interview was talking about how mentally tough this team was to go on the road to Vandy and come out with a win after what they were experiencing due to the Darius Miles situation. I have to agree.

#2 Kansas is down 48-38 at halftime, but they were down by 23 at one point.    It's an odd season with blue bloods like Duke, Kentucky and North Carolina all unranked.
