Bama softball drop game to Ky. 4-3.

The series is even with the rubber game tomorrow at 6:00PM

Bama was out of sync today several errors both physical and mental.

Hope they shake it off and settle into typical Bama ball for game 3

Ky rallied to beat Bama softball 5-4 in 8 innings. The long ball killed us. Bama sports has crashed and burned here lately.

Bama softball run rules TAMU 11-3 in 5 innings. The bats came to life today, especially from Claire Jenkins who had a GS homer and 6 RBIs for the game.

Bama softball holds on for dear life to win 8-6 over TAMU. Pitching is not what it used to be for the Bama girls. They've been getting lit up here recently by Bama standards.

Anyway, a win is a win and congrats to the ladies.

Bama baseball is trailing UT 4-3 in the bottom of the 4th.

Bama softball holds on for dear life to win 8-6 over TAMU. Pitching is not what it used to be for the Bama girls. They've been getting lit up here recently by Bama standards.

Bama came back from a 4-0 deficit to beat 10RC 7-4.

Bama softball run rules TAMU in 6 innings, 14-6. Lots of pitches thrown in this game. I think close to 300. Kilfoyle still struggling. Gave up 2 more HRs and 5 total runs, before Crystal Goodman came in for relief. She and Cornell were impressive finishing the rest of the game. Big blow of the game was a GS by Kaylee Tow. For the season, Bama is now 29-4 overall and 9-3 in the SEC.

Bama goes to Fayetteville and knocks Arkansas off of their undefeated pedestal tonight 5-3. 

Mens baseball is still in a slump, losing to ULM 5-3.

The softball ladies played a strong game to give the Hogs their first conference loss.  The piggies had won 12 consecutive conference games without a loss,

Fouts went the distance giving up 3 unearned runs and striking out 12.
Arkys 3 runs came after a throwing error by Fouts on what would have been the 3rd out of the inning.

Sides drove in two runs with a double, followed by a 2run homer by Hemphill. Woodward had a solo homer for the 5th run.

Next game tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. carried on ESPN2,

Bama beat A&M in baseball Friday: 5-3.  We took the lead in the 6th and never looked back.

Foust is a very good pitcher but she is killing herself and the team with her throwing errors. I think it has become a mental thing.

That was a good win. We need to get at least one more if not the sweep.
