Wow! Oklahoma came all the way back to beat Baylor 34-31. When I went to bed, Baylor was up 31-17.
I stayed up and watched the game. Jalen took over. He ran the football for 27 times during the game, for over 100 yards. He was going up and down the sidelines, encouraging the defensive players, telling his teammates that they could come back and win.
Baylor defenders were hitting Jalen hard, but the only effect I saw was a Baylor defender barely able to walk off the field after tackling Jalen -- he rang their bell. One thing about Jalen, he's tough.
I'm glad he's getting playing time, and exposure, but Bama sure misses him.
