The trade that sent linebacker Reggie Ragland from the Buffalo Bills to the Kansas City Chiefs for a fourth-round draft choice last week moved the former Alabama All-American from a franchise that hasn't been to the postseason since 1999 to a team that has won 43 games in the past four seasons.
