Yellowstone Park.  I made it by sunrise on Thursday.  Lots of critters, and even caught a bunch of fish.  Here are the tourist shots:

Elk Bull.  Yellowstone Lake in the background

He may have been asleep!

Elk bathing.

190 yards to the snow trap over the lake for 2's golfing.  There was a wolf on the ridge that we watched for 30 minutes (too far for decent pic).

More beautiful pics, Chech. I wonder if you have to use special balls, so's not to hit the critters?
 Huh?

57, the crowds are bad during late June-August.  Not bad at all now.

Preacher, if your little Cherokee loves wild animals, she'll love this one!

Baby garter snake, just hatched.

Testy little varmint!!

Finally got on Hebgen Lake today with my boat.  This was the best of 6 this morning (Brown Trout).

Thanks, guys.

Here are some of today's pics (Saturday):

Rocky Mountain Sheep

This Mama bear (right) had 2 cubs; one at left.

The other cub was lost and cried for Mama.

Strangest animals along the Madison River.  I think she lost the church.

Biggest flow over the Yellowstone Falls in years!

2 Grizzly Bears.  They are 2-3 miles away, atop a mountain in the Lamar Valley.  I found them with my telescope, then took a fuzzy pic through the telescope with my cell phone.  NO BEAR SPRAY NECESSARY.

Also through my telescope; Mama wolf (blonde at right; looking at you) and 3 pups (dark things).  There is a rock at left of the Mama and same color.  Use your imagination.  This took a lot of effort; wind kept blurring the pics and the Mama was asleep most of the time.
