Offensive tackle Michael Williams has been traded to the New England Patriots by the Detroit Lions. No official announcement of the trade will be made until Williams passes a physical for his new team, but it's been reported the Patriots exchanged a seventh-round NFL Draft choice for the former Pickens County High School and Alabama Crimson Tide standout.
