Josh Chapman says 'time to dominate' in middle of Indianapolis Colts defense

The Indianapolis Colts had a middle-of-the-pack run defense last season, finishing 18th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per game in 2014. Yet the New England Patriots can run circles around the Indianapolis defense. In the Colts' past three games against the Pats, New England has 657 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground.
